How do I import GYMp3 into my mp3 player?

| Importing
your GYMp3™ Guided Workout Progam is very easy. After you
download your purchase from GYMp3.com, you "unzip"
the package on your MAC or PC. This will create a folder on
your computer. Open your music player of choice such as iTunes
or Windows Media Player. You can then drag the "GYMp3 Files"
folder included with the GYMp3 download to your music player.
This will import the tracks. Then you can sync your device and
you are ready to go. |

are track-based fitness albums. When exercising, you hear
proper instructions with the “setup” tracks, and
once you are familiar with the routines, with a touch of a
button on your iPod or Mp3 player, you can skip to the “action”
tracks for a seamless workout at your own pace. While the
music services often sell tracks individually, we recommend
that you download the entire GYMp3 album. GYMp3’s are
designed for multiple fitness levels with additional fitness
education information included.
